This renovation was a complete, floor-to-ceiling transformation. The process began with a full demolition and the installation of a professional waterproofing membrane on the subfloor—a critical step for long-term durability. I then expertly laid large-format, marble-style porcelain tiles for a seamless and luxurious feel. The space was finished with my signature fine carpentry, including a new solid-core door, custom multi-layered architectural trim, and elegant crown moulding to create a truly bespoke, high-end result.
