An accent wall should be more than just a different color of paint; it should be a statement of character and artistry. It’s where raw materials and creative design meet to add texture, warmth, and a powerful focal point to a room. For this project, the goal was to create a dynamic, three-dimensional feature wall that was not only visually stunning but also sustainable. This is a true testament to our "shop local" philosophy, where forgotten materials are given a new, beautiful purpose.

This project was a labor of love, beginning with sourcing upcycled cedar wood. Every single piece was personally processed in our workshop: we scanned it for hidden metals, meticulously milled it to uniform thickness, and sanded it to a smooth finish. The slats were then installed individually in an organic, flowing pattern that wraps around the corner, creating a sense of movement and depth. Integrated floating shelves were seamlessly built into the design, turning the entire wall into a piece of functional art.
